Job Summary
We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. If you ants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Perform intakes and assessments
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
- Current and unrestricted clinical social worker license
- Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
Compensation: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
